KAMALUDDIN SAHEM, Research Scholar, Afghanistan. Mr Sahem was a Resident Scholar under the Rashtriya Raksha University’s National Security and Police Scholarship between March and August 2021. He has also served as a junior assistant professor at the Regional Studies Center, Academy of Sciences of Afghanistan, since 2016.
