Anshu Joshi is a doctorate from the Disarmament Division, Centre for International Politics, Organisation and Disarmament, School of International Studies (SIS), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi and worked on issues related to biological weapons and comprehensive BW defence mechanism.
